Our Leadership

The Community Foundation’s Board of Directors is comprised of volunteers who help set policy, and formulate and determine priorities in building funds and in grant-making. Why I serve on the Board of Directors...

Philip A. Krupps

“I serve because this foundation represents everything I was taught throughout my life. The gift of giving can reach far beyond a lifetime. The CFQA provides me a way to ensure that my giving reaches beyond my lifetime with confidence and wisdom. It is a legacy that positively impacts my community.”

Donald K. Kirk

“It has been a real joy to play a small part in connecting those who care and can give to those who have needs.  It is a way to give back to the communities that have been so good to me.”

Irene L. Meyers

“I serve because I believe in the concept of a regional Community Foundation. This Foundation truly operates for the entire 13 county region it serves.”

Tony E. Crane

“I feel it is important to give back to the community through service as well as donations. The Community Foundation serves our entire area, so this organization is important and deserves our support.”

Steve E. Siebers

“I serve because CFQA is all about giving back to the community. I believe all of us need to do our share to give back to make our community a better place to live.”

Sharon M. Tweedell

"I serve because I view the CFQA as a unique opportunity for those who wish to help their community. The CFQA is donor driven and flexible enough to accommodate nearly any cause the donor may choose. It crosses city, county, and state boundaries to make a real impact in this region we call home. Through the CFQA, anyone can be a philanthropist, regardless of how much you have to give...it is a reflection of the heart of our community. That is why I serve."
